Working with LAAB and Index-Design, we conceived DEFI-DESIGN – a hybrid live/online event for an audience of over 400 in which three teams of architects were pitted against one another in a live competition to design the ideal common office space for a post COVID pandemic reality.
The project was sponsored by Ivanhoe Cambridge, and the winning design was incorporated into office space at Place Ville-Marie. The multi-camera event was broadcast live over the internet and featured a jury of international experts from New York City, Los Angeles, and Montreal. Körnelius directed and produced under strict COVID guidelines, to great success.
